Yushino collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers, smartphones and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, operating system, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Yushino also receives and stores certain types of information whenever you use the Services. Yushino automatically receives and records certain "traffic data" on our server from your browser or your device including your IP address, Yushino cookie information, and the information you requested. Yushino uses this traffic data to help diagnose problems with its server, analyze trends and administer the Services.
Generally, our service automatically collects usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of users of our Services and their components, similar to TV ratings that indicate how many people watched a particular show. This data is only used in the aggregate. This type of collective data enables us to figure out how often customers use parts of the Services, so we can make the Services appealing to as many users as possible. In addition, we may provide statistical information, not information about you personally, to our partners about how our users, collectively, use our Services. Yushino's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Yushino's visitors use its Services. From time to time, Yushino may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its Services.
Some of the information Yushino collects is potentially personally-identifying information, such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in user, email addresses, age and gender. Yushino only discloses personally-identifying information as described below.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain users of Services choose to interact with Yushino in ways that require Yushino to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Yushino gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for an account to provide some or all of: third party-site username, Yushino username, email address, or password. Those who engage in transactions with Yushino - by purchasing in-app upgrades, for example - are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. For purposes such as improving personalization of our service, we may receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. In each case, Yushino collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor's interaction with Yushino. Yushino does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. Visitors can refuse to supply certain personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Services.
Yushino may collect statistics about the behavior of users of its Services. For instance, Yushino may monitor the number of users who purchase certain in-app tools or other upgrades. Yushino may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Yushino does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
Yushino discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Yushino's behalf or to provide Yushino Services, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Yushino's Services, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Yushino will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Yushino discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when Yushino believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Yushino, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered Yushino user and have supplied your email address, Yushino may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what's going on with Yushino and our products. We primarily use our various Services to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Yushino takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
If Yushino, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Yushino goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Yushino may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
Except as set forth above, you will be notified when your personal information may be shared with third parties.
